Don’t hurt me or i’ll hurt…me.

When someone upsets another, the person will usually want to hurt that person somehow. Well when its someone close to you that you would never want to hurt then maybe the only way is to hurt yourself? I’ve told this theory to my therapist and thats when she came up with my personality disorder but what other way would there be? If they love you then isnt it punishment enough to see you in pain? Hmm…maybe, i was just thinking this because I feel thats where my personality disorder diagnosis has come from plus the para S but we won’t go into that today…xx
