My Favourite Coping Technique…

This is going to be a quick post to show my love for crying. I cry so much and yes that’s bad but I’ve never known something releasing! After a good cry I feel so good and relaxed. Thank God for crying I say. It even stops self harm, I cry and the urge is gone because I’m so exhausted. So have a good cry every now and then it’ll do you good!


  1. It is always so sad to see you cry, yet I’d much rather you cried and talked to me about it than not at all, resulting in you coping with altogether far worse coping mechanisms. x x x
